Podcast #12: Back in Black!
One month later…
Sorry about the insufferable delay in posting this podcast. As many of you know, this last month was absolutely insane for me, with a massive workload, personal problems, and just general chaos. To make up for it, here’s the long-awaited podcast #12, done in the car once more (so my apologies for my voice fading in and out as I move the iPaq around while I drive, and for the wooshing noise of the AC hitting the mic), and we cover a lot of stuff. I’d love to listen to your podcast, but your file name is “Katsu Show - Tech News - 03-03-2005.mp3″. Being an IT guy, you know what sort of havoc spaces have in URLs.
iPodderX doesn’t play well with spaces. Try underscores, dashes, or something else. ‘Cuz right now, I can’t listen. And I really wanna listen, since you listen to us and all!

First off, sorry about the delay in your comment appearing here. I’ve been slacking off in going through my Moderation queue (I get literally hundreds of spam comments a day, which is kinda weird for a site that has maybe 3 regular readers), so I hadn’t seen the comment before.
As for your problem with spaces, I didn’t know iPodderX choked on them. Both iPodder and Doppler on my home Windows box seem fine with it. But now that I know I’ve been unwittingly excluding Mac users, I’ll fix it. Expect a fixed file later today, I might go back and change the filenames on previous shows too in case anyone wants to snag an archived show.
And while I’m here, just want to say I’m a huge fan. I only discovered your show through podcasts, since, sadly, no local radio stations in Puerto Rico that I know of carry your regular show. But now I listen to it pretty religiously. *Excellent* stuff. So here’s hoping you can sit through at least a decent portion of my podcast once it’s up properly.
