Mollejitas guisadas con tostones
And what’s a mollejita, you ask? Fine question. No real clue. These were made from chicken and stewed.. I get the idea that they’re supposed to be the intestines of the chicken, but not sure.. prefer to think of them just as ‘mollejitas’ in case they really *are* chicken intestines. Whatever the hell they are, they’re tasty.
